A delivered mind, freed from greed, hate, and delusion, can’t be corrupted since it is no longer stirred up by praise or blame.
There is neither an appeal for fame nor a fear of being rejected. Most of the time, there is not even such labeling and classification.
It just sees the conditionality very clearly:
There is that when that is, and there is cessation of that when that isn’t.
That’s all.
The liberated heart doesn’t cling to those worldly preoccupations. There is no longer a thirst to become someone.
It can’t be bought for more of this or less of that.
A free heart can no longer be corrupted. It is unshakeable. It is permanently intrinsically fulfilled. It has the freshness and delicateness of a child discovering the world.
